Check My videos before starting another generation.

My video is still processing.: You can close this page and return to My videos. A delayed status check does not mean generation failed. Starting another video will spend another credit.
What happens when generation fails?: A confirmed failed generation restores the credit used for that video. A successful video that differs from your expectations does not automatically qualify for a free remake.
Where are my credits and downloads?: Sign in with the same Google account used for purchase. Credits appear after payment is confirmed. Finished videos are available in My videos for 30 days; download a copy before they expire.
Why is generation unavailable?: This can happen if you have no credits, the service is temporarily unavailable, or a refund or payment dispute is under review. Buy a pack if your balance is empty, try later during an outage, or contact support if a payment is under review.
